Is it cheaper than a tow?
Almost always. A tow + shop diagnostic typically runs $200–400 before anything's fixed. Our roadside trip is $99 and applies toward the repair.
What if it's something you can't fix at the roadside?
Then we honestly tell you, get you to a safe location if needed, and refer to a shop. We don't charge for a no-fix unless the diagnosis itself was the value (e.g., you needed to know whether to tow or not).
